2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

In its youth, this Old World-style Cab was robust with tannins and full of bright green bell pepper and herbal notes. As the wine has aged, the palate has softened into a smooth delicacy displaying warm flavors and aromas of ripe plum and baked goods with subtle velvety tannins on the finish.
